Terms of Service

ProspectPull provides lead intake and follow-up automation tools. ProspectPull does not guarantee job bookings, emergency response, customer conversion, availability, or business results. Messages may be delayed or fail due to carrier, platform, internet, or third-party service issues. Businesses remain responsible for reviewing leads, confirming appointments, providing services, honoring customer obligations, and complying with applicable laws. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Unless a client requests immediate shutdown and ProspectPull confirms it, cancellation stops future renewal and service continues through the current paid-through billing period; live phone, SMS, website, follow-up, review, or AI automation is then safely offboarded. If ProspectPull does not help a client capture, organize, or respond to leads more effectively within the first 30 days, the client may request a refund of the first monthly payment. Setup fees cover initial configuration work and are refundable only if ProspectPull is unable to complete the agreed setup. Each plan includes plan-specific usage limits: Core includes up to 500 SMS segments/month, Pro includes up to 100 AI answering minutes/month, and Growth includes up to 300 AI answering minutes/month. Usage above included limits may be billed monthly to the client’s saved payment method with a usage summary. ProspectPull may update pass-through usage rates when third-party provider costs change, and will review unusual usage before intentionally enabling high-volume paid activity.
